1. How many bundles will I need?
For a full, voluminous look, we recommend at least three bundles. If you’re installing a bob or a shorter style (14” or less), two bundles may be sufficient. For lengths 20” and longer, we suggest three to four bundles to maintain fullness.

2. How long does the hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, our hair can last 1–2 years while maintaining its quality and beauty.

3. How should I sleep with my extensions?
Always protect your hair at night by wrapping it with a satin or silk scarf or wearing a bonnet. This helps preserve the style and extend the life of your bundles. In the morning, gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb or brush.

4. What products should I use?
Keep it simple. Use a lightweight, sulfate-free shampoo (we recommend VO5, Suave, or OGX) to avoid buildup. Styling products like shine sprays and light hairsprays are fine in moderation, but avoid heavy or greasy products that may weigh the hair down.

5. Does the hair shed?
Minimal shedding is normal. Our hair is machine-wefted for durability, but like natural hair, you may notice a few strands here and there.

6. Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes! Our extensions can be colored, bleached, and styled just like natural hair. For best results and to maintain hair health, we recommend having chemical processes done by a professional colorist.

7. What colors are available?
Our hair comes in its natural brown shade, which may vary slightly from donor to donor (ranging from lighter brown to darker brown). Each bundle is 100% unprocessed and free from chemical treatments.
